Assisting various production departments with tasks such as manual lifting and fitting, gluing, machine maintenance, packaging and documentation
Following production processes and quality requirements
Working safely and maintaining a clean and organised working environment
Weekend Shift
This is a weekend-only position, working Saturday and Sunday.
Depending on the production requirements, the shift will be either:
10-hour shift: 06:00–16:30
12-hour shift: 06:00–18:30
The successful candidate must be comfortable working extended shifts across both Saturday and Sunday.
About You

A practical, hands-on approach to work
Some experience using hand tools and carrying out practical tasks
A willingness and ability to learn new skills quickly
Good communication skills
The ability to follow instructions and apply knowledge correctly
A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
Good timekeeping and reliability
The ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
A good work ethic and a desire to continually improve
Basic computer skills; experience using Microsoft Office would be an advantage
Previous composite manufacturing experience is not essential. We are more interested in finding someone who is reliable, hardworking, practical and eager to learn. Full training will be provided.
What We Offer
This is a great opportunity for someone to join an established and growing team and develop a career in advanced composite manufacturing.
With the right attitude, commitment and ambition, there is plenty of scope to become highly skilled and fully trained, with opportunities to develop and progress within the company.
In return, we offer:
Competitive salary
A good and safe working environment
Full training and development
The opportunity to work on cutting-edge engineering and manufacturing projects
The chance to work on specialist aerospace and defence projects that are not available anywhere else in Cornwall
Opportunities for further career development and progression within the company
We are looking for an honest, hardworking and reliable individual who is always looking to improve, eager to learn new skills and takes pride in the quality of their work.
